Feeling unwell or having to deal with loss of appetite due to your treatment can often mean that your interest in food lessens. Maintaining a balanced diet is important to your recovery

Regain Your Interest in Food

The Royal Marsden Hospital, London has developed a cookery book which offers an extensive range of tasty recipes  aimed particularly at patients who are undergoing chemotherapy/radiotherapy treatments or have completed their treatment.

The Withybush Hospital Cancer Day Unit Appeal local charity has purchased a small number of copies of the book at the request of the nursing team at the CDU Withybush. These are being loaned out to patients who are interested in trying some of the suggested meals.

If you would like to borrow a copy speak to one of the nursing team. Why not get inspired about food by browsing through some of the suggested meals.
