Need to access transport?

Did you know that you are entitled to FREE Non-Emergency Ambulance Transport to attend your chemotherapy and radiotherapy appointments. Available between the hours of 6.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Saturday.

 

If you need transport to your appointments then please ring 0300 123 2303 to book a vehicle for your journey. But please note the following information.

Important 

If you have booked Non Emergency Ambulance Transport for a particular journey but circumstances mean that you will not require this support then it is important that you phone 0300 123 2303 as soon as possible to cancel the booking. Outside normal office hours please leave an ansaphone message

No Transport of Your Own?

If you have problems organising a planned journey to or from a healthcare appointment or inpatient stay you should contact the Welsh Ambulance Service to see if you are eligible for free transport.
